How does the Free On Loan system work?

The "Free on Loan" system is a concept particularly tailored to the Lavazza philosophy. We provide you with a free Lavazza BLUE or EP machine, if you match your monthly consumption requirement.

How long is the standard Free On Loan agreement?

It runs on a continuous basis, unless either party serves notice of termination. The standard notice period is 1 month.

How will I pay for the monthly Free On Loan fee?

By card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer.

What is the notice period for my Free On Loan agreement?

The standard notice period for your Free On Loan agreement is 1 month, and the notice has to be in writing. 

What happens if my Free On Loan machine breaks?

If your Free On Loan machine breaks you can either contact us by telephone (020 7394 0497) or for less urgent matters, by filling out the contact form in the Contact Us section of our website. We will then get back to you ASAP and have your machine replaced immediately and fixed within 24-48 hours.

What is the difference between Lavazza Blue and Espresso Point?

The main difference between the Lavazza Blue and Espresso Point system is the type of coffee capsules each method uses. Though both types of capsule are made by Lavazza do contain the same high quality blends of coffee, there are not cross compatible. Therefore we highly recomend that you make sure you are buying Lavazza Blue capsules if you have a Lavazza Blue machine, and Espresso Point capsules if you have a Espresso Point machine.
